Maanda Mungulwa enjoys doing stand-up and openly admits that although his main aim is to entertain crowds, some jokes are for himself!

He often refers directly to people in the audience to get their attention and, while it generally works like a bomb, it almost turned ugly once. After making a comment about someone in the audience’s Ferrari jacket, the guy was dead set on punching him. However, the situation was defused by a couple of beautiful ladies in bikinis who persuaded the enraged Ferrari fan that it was all in the name of humour.

Maanda is now considering appointing female bodyguards!
